Public Workshop
Crucial Accountability® is a 1-day course that builds on the skills learned in Crucial Conversations®.
It enables those who have taken Crucial Conversations® to diagnose why someone keeps falling short of set expectations and then derive a plan that both motivates and enables the other person to successfully change his or her behaviors. These additional skills are perfect for accountability discussions that seem resistant to dialogue skills alone.

1-day workshop fee:
$1,020 per participant
$990 per participant (for 2 to 4 in a group)

Please note that Crucial Conversations® is a prerequisite for all attendees of this 1-day Crucial Accountability course.
Each participant will receive a licensed training manual and a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
Upon receipt of your registration, our event support manager will be in touch to provide you with more details of the training and the pre-training resources.
All our public workshops are scheduled as in-person training. Should government regulations change due to Covid-19 or any other unforseen reasons, the training may be moved to virtual delivery.
