Join us for our Crucial Conversations® public workshop, jointly organized with HKIHRM.

The crucial skills learnt during the program enables participants to:

  • Speak up honestly and openly when faced with difficult challenges or issues with sensitive topics, e.g.,

  • – new process changes that aren’t working

    – problems faced when working from home

    – dissatisfaction with staff or coworker’s performance and behavior

    – perceived unfair treatment

    – inability to cope with workload given, etc.

  • Approach these discussions in a more respectful and productive manner while maintaining good relations with the person they are speaking to

  • Propose ways to improve the situation and jointly reach agreement on the way forward

  • ­

  • Build a more vibrant and dynamic work environment, and a more innovative culture within teams and the entire organization
