The award-winning, licensed Crucial Conversations® for Mastering Dialogue program provides skills to step into disagreement – rather than over or around it – and turn disagreement into dialogue for improved team efficiency, safety and staff morale. It encourages free and honest communication within teams while maintaining psychological safety and preserving relationships.

True North offers comprehensive in-house facilitation services, with customized and contextualized delivery of the program, tailored to meet your organization’s training needs.

Each workshop provides extensive in-class practice, group participation, and personal reflection as the team explores and masters Crucial Conversations®skills.

  • Course Content:

    01 -GET UNSTUCK
    • Identify problems contributing to poor results and broken relationships.

    02 - MASTER MY STORIES
    • Keep composure when feeling angry, defensive, or intimidated.
    • Identify victim, villain, and helpless stories you might be telling yourself to justify behavior.

    03 - START WITH HEART
    • Consider others’ perspectives and assume they have good reasons before speaking up.

    04 - STATE MY PATH
    • Speak honestly and respectfully.

    05 - MAKE IT SAFE
    • Recognize when you’re at cross-purpose and take steps to rebuild safety and return to dialogue.
    • Find and cultivate mutual purpose with those who hold opposing viewpoints.

    06 - LEARN TO LOOK
    • Spot the warning signs that indicate safety and dialogue are at risk

    07 - SEEK MUTUAL PURPOSE
    • Seek a purpose that both parties are committed to.
    • Find common ground.

    08- EXPLORE OTHERS’ PATHS
    • Bring people back into dialogue when they clam up or blow up.

    09 - MOVE TO ACTION
    • Turn each Crucial Conversation into a course of action that leads to results.

  • Course Duration:

    2 full days
    (9am to 5pm, with mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks and one-hour break for lunch)

  • Each participant will receive:

    Pre-workshop participant preparation sheet
    A licensed Crucial Conversations® learner guide
    Certificate of Completion
    Crucial Conversations book (optional)
    After-training resources
    After-training email series

  • Facilitator's Fee:

    S$26,000 for the 2-day workshop

  • Learner Guide:

    S$360 per licensed learner guide

    Each participant is required to have a learner guide during the training.
  • Crucial Conversations® Book:

    S$30 per book

    Books are optional.
  • Recommended minimum number of participants:

    12 per class

  • Maximum number of participants:

    28 per class

Please note the following Terms and Conditions for all in-house workshops:

1. True North will provide a certified Master Trainer to facilitate your workshop. Our consultant will work with your L&D team to discuss how the training can be contextualized and customized for your organization.

2. Venue and catering is to be provided by the client. Should you need assistance on this, True North is able to provide a quotation. Venues however will be subject to availability at the time of booking.

3. Our Sales Support Manager will liaise with you on the training venue setup required for the workshop.

4. True North will send the licensed learner guides and any other materials for the training to your venue at least one day before commencement of the training.

5. Cancellation and postponement:
As True North will block our Master Trainer’s calendar for the training, should the client wish to cancel or postpone the training within a month of the agreed start of training, the following charges will be imposed:
Less than 30 days: 50 % of the total training fee, based on the recommended minimum number of participants
Less than 5 days: 100% of the total training fee, based on the recommended minimum number of participants

6. Above fees are subject to prevailing GST and is valid for workshops held from January to December 2024 only.
