Leadership Skills for Behavior Change
When facing persistent, resistant challenges, leaders often surrender to poor results or invest in change efforts that waste time and resources. And yet it’s possible to influence behavior with surprisingly predictable success.
The 1-day Crucial Influence® helps leaders at all levels apply the Crucial Influence Model to everyday leadership challenges immediately, whether that’s launching a new product, changing safety standards across an organization, rolling out new software, or just trying to get their team to show up on time.
Learners will also get after-training resources for ongoing learning and to help them apply the skills of Crucial Influence to their leadership challenges.
This program is suitable for any formal or informal leader, e.g, key personnel in organizations, hospitals, educational institutions, project managers, team leads, department heads and managers.

The in-person workshops will be held at a hotel in Singapore with lunch and two tea breaks provided. -
