The award-winning, licensed Crucial Conversations® for Mastering Dialogue program provides skills to step into disagreement – rather than over or around it – and turn disagreement into dialogue for improved team efficiency, safety and staff morale. It encourages free and honest communication within teams while maintaining psychological safety and preserving relationships.
Each workshop provides extensive in-class practice, group participation, and personal reflection as you explore and master Crucial Conversations®skills.

Time:
9.00am to 5.00pm daily

Workshop Fee:
$1,880 per participant
$1,850 per participant (for 2 to 4 in a group)
$1,800 per participant (for 5 and above in a group)
The workshops are conducted in-person at a hotel in Singapore with lunch and two tea breaks provided daily. -

Each participant will receive a licensed training manual, the best-selling book Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High, Crucial Conversations® post-training resources and a certificate of completion.
